At PRONUNTIA, we undertake all tuition to the best of our knowledge, according to the high standard of our qualifications and ability. However, clients’ degree of progress depends not only on our tuition but also on clients’ own efforts in working through our teaching material by themselves. We shall therefore be neither responsible nor liable for clients’ progress in improving their speech and pronunciation.

When preparing clients’ public speeches or presentations we cannot exclude the possibility of misunderstanding aspects of clients’ manuscripts when preparing their vocal delivery, as language is often open to interpretation. Such misunderstandings may result in a speech error.

We shall therefore not be liable for loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue, damage to clients’ reputation or goodwill, anticipated savings, and / or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage thus incurred.
